Aftercare Inspector

Integra are supporting an exciting role within the construction sector for a Multi-Trade Aftercare Inspector on a temp - perm basis, working with a prestigious aftercare company, the role will be attending new builds and refurb projects throughout the Midlands.

A Van and Fuel card are provided from the first week of working, the vans come with basic tooling and the company are offering a £30,000 salary rising to £32,000 when permanent.

As an Aftercare Inspector, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to construction and maintenance. Your duties will include:

- Inspecting and identifying defects or issues in buildings or structures
- Using hand tools, power tools, and equipment to perform necessary repairs and adjustments
- Conducting carpentry work such as framing, installing doors and windows, and repairing furniture
- Painting surfaces to ensure a clean and finished appearance
- Plastering or patch plastering
- some tiling may be required

This role will be offered at UMB/CIS or PAYE while temp but will move to a full PAYE contract when perm.

£14.49 PAYE per hour

£18.04 CIS/UMB
