**The Role**

The Merchandising team ensures that our products are in the right place at the right time-whether
in store, online or wholesale. We use strategic forecasting and planning to build the range with our Design and Production teams. We react in season, adapting to the retail environment to use the stock on hand in the most efficient and commercial way. The Merchandise Admin Assistant will report into the Merchandisers and will be responsible for ensuring stock is moved effectively and efficiently around the company as well as assisting in administrative tasks for the department.We’re looking for an analytical problem solver who is interested in luxury fashion. Experience isn’t necessary, but ambition to build
a career in merchandising is.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing initial allocations, replenishment, and stock consolidations.
- Analysing best/worst sellers to inform allocation and replenishment decisions. Sharing
this information with the merchandising team and wider business.
- Main point of contact for all stores regarding stock availability, deliveries, and replenishment.
- Building relationships with store visits.
- First point of contact for the warehouse, liaising around delivery issues.
- Producing sales reports for trade meetings, range planning, pricing meetings etc.
- Supporting the merchandising team with ad-hoc analysis & admin work
- Analysis of sizing history to create ratios for future buys.

**Experience and Skills**

The following skills, qualifications and experience are preferred:

- Experience in an admin
assistant or allocator role (not essential)
- Strong numerical & analytical skills
- An interest in fashion
- Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Graduate degree (not essential)

**This role is based at our head office in Long Eaton, Nottingham.
