Beaconsfield, United Kingdom Neuroharmony Full time

Neuroharmony is a team of passionate individuals working together to develop change around the thinking and approach when working with emotionally dysregulated children and young people. Our experience and qualifications come from specialist education and working closely with a broad range of professionals. Our strengths, knowledge and experience enable us to reflect, develop and respond to the unique needs of each child and young person.

Our approach helps families and professionals to reflect on how a child or young person may be experiencing their environment. This enables them to see things from a different perspective and to understand behaviour as a protective response and communication of need. As understanding develops, parents and professionals can become more attuned to the individual’s needs. When this takes place more meaningful connections, interactions and learning occurs.

In today’s fast paced society, we are often so focused on the end result that we forget to appreciate the whole learning journey. In our experience, the most valuable learning comes when we allow time to attentively respond to the pace of the individual.
