**Position:Automatic Door Engineers**

Grafton Recruitment are looking to recruit experienced **Automatic Door Engineers** to join a global leader in **manual and automatic door** and **window control systems**,to hold geographical responsibility for a service route within **North East England.**

**Due to some exciting projects, we have a number of excellent vacancies**

As **an Automatic Door Engineer,** you will provide a **comprehensive repair** and **maintenance service** on a **full range of Automatic Door products in support** of customers' needs.

**About the role of an Automatic Door Engineer**:

- Service, maintenance, repairs and fault-finding on Automatic Doors; Sliding, Swing, Revolving & Disabled Access.
- Offering a complete range of products and services and has considerable expertise in the door and window controls industry.
- Following BSEN16005 guidelines.
- Liaising with clients and management to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Offering fantastic face-to-face customer service.
- Willingness to partake in a 24/7 emergency call out rota.
- Completing paperwork accurately and on time.
- Ensuring Van stock is kept up to requirements at all times.

**Key skills/Experience for the Automatic Door Engineer**:

- Experience following BSEN16005 regulations.
- Previous experience in the Automatic Door industry.
- Good communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent health and safety knowledge is essential for this role.
- Strong customer skills.
- Full UK driving license.
- The ability to work individually and as part of a team.
