Skilled Solderer

Due to exciting opportunities with increased orders from customers, we currently have some fantastic opportunities for you to join STI Limited as a **Skilled Solderer** based at our manufacturing site in Hook, Hampshire. These are fantastic opportunities for skilled, experienced, hardworking individuals to join a busy and fast-paced team working on a number of interesting and rewarding projects.

This is a permanent role and hours are 37.5 hours across 4.5 days per week.

**This role will involve**:

- Rework and repair of PCBs of various complexity
- Integrate PCBs other small assemblies and complete to customer specific engineering drawings
- Complete partially built PCBs using Through Hole and Surface Mount technology down to microscopic level
- Termination of connectors and wires (soldered buckets, RF connectors, wires to terminals/pads, power)

**For this role you will need**:

- Experience with soldering
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- A good level of dexterity
- A hardworking approach
