**About The Role**:

- Our Supervising Practitioners deliver effective support to a locality of education settings within NE Lincs, using the 8 Whole School Approach Principles to best support the settings.-
- Supervising Practitioners also support trainees and existing qualified Education Mental Health Practitioners via clinical supervision.**About You**:**About Us**:

- Compass GOsupports CYP and families providing extra capacity for early intervention support within school and college settings in three core areas:

- Providing evidence-based interventions for mild to moderate mental health and emotional wellbeing issues
- Supporting designated senior mental health leads in each setting
- Providing timely advice to school and college staff and parents as requiredEstablished for over 30 years, Compass is a national charity which works in communities across the UK providing services spanning substance misuse treatment and rehabilitation, early interventions for vulnerable young people, school aged health programmes and associated prevention as well as treatment and health promotion initiatives.
