We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on position that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
- Maintain the cleanliness of outdoor areas, including removing debris and litter
- Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
- Assist in the construction and installation of outdoor structures
- Irrigate plants and lawns to ensure proper hydration
- Dig trenches for irrigation systems or other purposes
- Monitor plant health and report any issues to supervisor
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

- Previous experience in groundskeeping or a related field is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining equipment
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills to effectively work with team members and supervisors

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £21,350.00-£21,400.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
