Casual/Bank Health Records officers, band 2

Based at Kingmoor Park, Carlisle, within our newly established centralised library we are looking to recruit a Clerical Officer to provide a prompt and efficient service of case-note requests for professionals throughout the Trust.

The Job is bank terms and conditions to suit the needs of the service.

This will involve timely, accurate and comprehensive computer input into the Patient Administrative System (PAS) to achieve efficient recording and process of patient activity. You will be a proactive member of the team to cover all areas of the department as required and requested by senior members of staff. This is a physically demanding role moving large volumes of case notes using correct moving and handling procedures.

**Disclosure and Barring Service**:

**Standard Check**: £18 + Administration cost of £3.85 = £21.85. Deducted at £6.85 from 1st month salary and £5 deducted from salary over following 3 months.

**Enhanced Check**: £38 + administration cost of £3.90 = £41.90. Deducted at £11.90 from 1st month salary and £10 deducted from salary over following 3 months.
