REED Business Support in Bath is delighted to be working with a well establishing business with stunning offices based in Bath.

This is a 7 week temporary role working **REMOTELY.**

Ideally you will live in or near Bath.

Working from home for 4 weeks and then ideally the remaining 3 weeks are hybrid.

Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week.

£11.64 per hour.

**Duties include**:

- To provide a proactive and comprehensive module allocation service.
- Provide customer service excellence by delivering a prompt, proactive service via their CRM system, adapting and reviewing processes as necessary.
- Use initiative and judgement, solve problems and make decisions on the relevant course of action needed to resolve queries. You will decide when to seek advice from other team members or escalate the enquiry to aid your decision making.
- To develop a knowledge base to provide excellent customer service through providing guidance and support, with a focus on understanding rules and regulations.
- To assist with providing an effective room booking service through understanding the customer’s needs and making bookings in a timely and efficient manner.
- To undertake any other duties required which are within the grade of this post.
- Possess recent and relevant administrative experience
- Have experience of record keeping and participating in team work
- Have experience of using computerised systems including database, internet
- Have experience of providing excellent customer service
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to work as an effective member of the team
- Have ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy
- Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
