**Recruiting for the following role**:
**Maintenance/Gardener (25 hpw)**

**£13.05 per hour**

**You will have**:

- Good standard of general education
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation (including COSHH regulations and manual handling procedures).
- Full, clean driving licence
- General maintenance skills and experience with electrical tools
- Plumbing, joinery, painting and decorating skills (electrical or plumbing qualification is desirable but not essential)
- Proven knowledge and experience of garden maintenance and experience with horticultural machinery
- Good knowledge and keen appreciation of plants
- Ability to work at height
- Experience of working in a multi task environment and a willingness to help out when needed
- Please be aware that this role is UK based and that starting employment will be conditional on the right to work in the UK. Should you require a sponsorship visa to work in the UK you must be aware of the terms you may need to meet for sponsorship. The Skilled Worker visa is open to individuals who attain 70 points by meeting specific requirements such as skill and salary level, English language ability and having a qualifying job offer from a UK sponsor.
