There is an immediate opportunity to join the team at Andover Trailers as a Warranty/Spares Coordinator.
**Role Requirements**
To be a success in this role, you will have
- At least 3 years’ experience in after-sales customer support and selling spare parts
- Essentially you have an understanding of automotive manufacture, and component parts or a strong mechanical background
- A strong customer focus with internal and external customers
- Excellent communication skills - be able to negotiate and influence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
**Responsibilities**
- Explore and drive forward new opportunities to develop Sales revenue and increase the efficiency of the after sales operation
- Ensure procedures are followed correctly to ensure prompt recovery of monies due
- Provide feedback on quality and product improvements to design and manufacturing
- Work with the management team to develop understanding and implementation of customer focused environment, setting clear objectives/targets
- Respond promptly to any customer complaints and ensure timely and correct resolution
- Ensure safe working processes are followed and company H&S policies are complied with.
- Schedule and plan work with focus on material availability
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015
