Sports Coach

Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Sports leaders to join our team. As a Sports Coach, you will have the opportunity to educate and inspire athletes of all ages and skill levels. As a leader you will support children to be safe and learn to love everything active and the benefits of doing so. If you have a love for sports and enjoy working with individuals or teams to help them reach their full potential, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sessions and activities tailored to an individuals or a groups needs

Note: if you believe you are not quite strong enough at any of this skills below we have a fully operational support team dedicated to upskilling our staff.

roles:

- Teach fundamental skills, techniques related to specific sports
- Plan and conduct practice sessions to improve children's performance
- Provide guidance and motivation to children during training sessions and competitions
- Assess the children's performance and enjoyment, providing constructive feedback for improvement
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline
- Ensure the safety of the children during training sessions and competitions
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate schedules and events
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and rules in sports coaching

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of various sports rules, techniques, and strategies
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey instructions and provide feedback
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to achieve their goals
- Patience and understanding when working with children of different skill levels
- Organizational skills to plan and manage training sessions effectively
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during training or competitions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: £12.00-£17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
