**Payment Processing Agents**

Ashton Recruitment requires payment processing agents for our client based in Belfast.

**Duration**: Temporary-Permanent

**Rate of Pay**: £21,294 per year

**Location**: Belfast

**Hours of work**: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

**Key Tasks**:

- Processing and allocating payments.
- Dealing with cash, cheques and remittances both manually and electronically.
- Responding to customer payment enquiries either by telephone or by letter.
- Processing refund payments.
- Cash & Bank Reconciliation.
- Financial Reporting.
- Updating various spread sheets used within

**Essential Criteria**:

- Experience of working in a payment processing environment AND/OR handling customer calls and processing payments on accounts
- Educated to GCSE or equivalent level in English and Mathematics.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Experienced in compiling Financial Reports and Banking Reconciliation.
- Experienced in interrogating and analysing reports and Financial Data.
