**Based in Haddington**

**£13 - £18 per hour + holiday pay**

REED Business Support are pleased to be working with a Haddington based charity on a temporary Senior Project Administrator role. The position is expected to last at least 1 month; however, the client has indicated it has the potential to go on longer. Therole is likely to be varied and ideal for someone who likes a unique challenge within an ethical organisation.
- 34 hours per week
- Office based
- Immediate start

**Key responsibilities**:

- Providing administrative support for a project related to improving the website
- Supporting the CEO with basic PA duties
- Meeting support - setting up room for board meetings, IT set up, ordering food and drink, sending agendas, taking and typing minutes
- Answering incoming calls from tenants and external organisations before passing to other members of staff
- Liaising with the board for project and other administrative work
- Providing general office admin

**What we're looking for:**
- Previous experience working in Project Support, Senior Administration, Administration or PA roles
- Excellent IT skills - particularly MS Office
- Minute taking experience would be preferable
- Organised and the ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills

**Desirable:**
- Previous experience entering content on to websites
