**Family Inclusion Worker**

**About the role...**

As a Family Inclusion Worker, your main duties will include:

- Manage a caseload of parents who are using substances and need parenting support to increase their understanding of how their substance misuse issues are impacting on their children.
- Manage a caseload of family, friends and carers who need support in dealing with their family members substance misuse issues.
- Delivering rolling parenting programmes and FFC programmes.
- Promote the service to families within Haringey.
- Work between HAGA, The Grove and Insight, engaging clients from all three services.
- Regularly updating our case management system.
- Developing relationships with local stakeholders
- including children's services, family hubs etc.
