**Join Our Team as a Learning Support Assistant**

Are you passionate about education and making a difference in students' lives? We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our vibrant and supportive school community.

**What We Require**:

- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or working with children is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
- Clearance: A current DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

- Patience and Empathy: The ability to understand and respond to the individual needs of each student, providing a supportive and nurturing environment.
- Team Player: Someone who can work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and other support assistants to create a positive and effective learning environment.
- Initiative: Proactive in identifying areas where students need extra help and taking the necessary steps to provide that support.
- Creativity: The ability to engage students in creative and innovative ways to make learning enjoyable and effective.

Teach195. Have over 75 years combined experience within the Education Recruitment industry. We match skilled educators to roles within local schools. We work with a variety of stakeholders across all education sectors, from recruiting a Nursery Nurse to support in a pre-school setting, through to a Science Teacher to deliver A-level Physics, and everything in between

Pay: £75.00-£100.00 per day
