**Position**:Carpenter and Joiner

**Location**:Clifton, Bristol.

**Rate**:£23.00 ph

Core Construction Personnel are looking for an experienced Carpenter and Joiner to start work on a large refurbishment f some apartments in Clifton. **Details include**
- Taking up of old wooden flooring.
- General labouring works.
- Re-laying of old timber frames.
- Laying new wooden flooring.
- Working closely with the site manager.

**Requirements for role**
- Valid CSCS Card preferred.
- Full PPE, tools and Own vehicle required.
- 2 x work references carrying out similar works.
- Able to have good time keeping and be punctual.
- Photo ID.
