The EPR implementation forms an integral part of innovative and exciting transformation programme that will provide a comprehensive digital experience, incorporating the full range of functionality required to deliver excellent patient care.

The Programme Workforce Lead (Resourcing and HR) will play a pivotal role in the implementation of the EPR by ensuring the programme is sufficiently resourced and the risks associated with this appropriately managed.
