Reinstatement Gangs

Ferns Group are looking for Black and White top experienced Gangs to work in and around the Dorset area for our long-term Openreach contract.

What you'll be doing;
- Laying asphalt to the correct specifications
- Completing a variety of mason work including replacing flags, kerbs and block paving
- Carrying out risk assessments
- Working to Safe working standards
- Speaking with internal and external customers
- Maintaining a positive, professional image of the company.

What you'll need:

- A full UK driving licence, held for at least 12 months
- NRSWA Streetworks Operative units - essential for at least one gang member
- Ability to drive 7.5 ton (with Tacho card)
- Competent in the use of mechanical Civils equipment
- Risk assessment and hazard identification and a strong focus on Health and Safety
