Recruit UK is currently working with a local boutique IFA firm in Leicestershire looking for a trainee financial adviser to join the team. They pride themselves on providing a client-centric service, they are truly independent and strive to deliver a bespoke service.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to transition into a trainee financial adviser role. The successful individual will receive everything that is needed to reach their potential as an established financial adviser, including bespoke training, ongoing business development support, and the opportunity to learn from senior financial advisers.

Skills and Experience required:

- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
- Experience in financial planning, with strong technical knowledge (desired, but not essential)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
