Bodyshop Administrator

**Vertu Accident Repair Centre in Beaconsfield**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Bodyshop Administrator to come and join our fantastic team at our Vertu Accident Repair Centre in Beaconsfield This is a full-time, permanent role where you will be earning a £24,000 basic salary with an OTE of £26,000.

This role is crucial as you are the first point of contact for our Bodyshop customers and insurance companies, both face to face and over the telephone. You will organise and ensure the efficient booking and repairing of customer's vehicles and co-ordinate work in the Bodyshop. You will be responsible for ensuring customers work is progressed swiftly and processed in line with company and customer expectations whilst maintaining a positive relationship with all parties.

The role will also involve:

- Daily invoicing of all completed jobs.
- Raise Kerridge job cards and order parts for authorised jobs.
- Produce completed job packs and pass to estimators and insurance companies.
- Daily credit control duties.
- Daily Health and Safety checks.
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required.

To be considered for this role, we would ideally like you to have previous Bodyshop experience. A strong admnistration background is essential. You will be a good team player with excellent communication skills and will possess a keen eye for detail, be computer literate and will be able to remain calm in a high-pressured environment.
