Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled piadina dishes in a fast-paced food truck environment. Your expertise in food safety and meal preparation will contribute to the overall success of our kitchen operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook grilled dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets quality standards
- Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the kitchen manager
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Grill Cook or in a similar culinary role preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Proficient in meal preparation techniques, including grilling, broiling, and sautéing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week

**Experience**:
