We now have 2 fantastic opportunities for a Lead Tutor to join our specialist education college in Openshaw, Manchester.

Bridge College supports students aged 16 to 25 years with disabilities, complex needs and autism. The college promotes a multidisciplinary approach to learning and has expertise in supporting students with a wide range of needs.

**About you and qualifications.**
- Degree/ level 5 qualification in a related vocational area.
- PGCE/PGDE in post compulsory education or other relevant teaching qualification related to the role.
- Qualified Teacher Status/QTLS (or willingness to work towards).
- Experience of working with and teaching young people with learning difficulties and Autism.
- Experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Knowledge and understanding of accredited and non-accredited learning programmes (RARPA) assessment and moderation processes.
- Evidence of and continued ability to demonstrate outstanding teaching and learning capacity to adapt to changes within role and in character of student cohort.
- Positive attitude to trying new approaches.
