Estelle Manor is a rural retreat nestled in Oxfordshire, set to open her doors in spring. A Grade II-listed landmark house set on a 60-acre estate, surrounded by over 3,000 acres of beautiful parkland.

As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove. A hotel and country club with one-of a-kind spaces and old school values of personalised service and discretion.

The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired Bath House, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

As a Reservations and Communications Executive, you will handle all day-to-day enquiries regarding room and restaurant bookings. You will be responsible for answering and responding to all incoming calls, messages and requests in a warm and friendly way ensuring our members and guests always feel hosted in their home. With a passion for delivering exceptional service in an efficient manner, you will have a positive attitude and keen motivation to develop any previous reservations experience and skills.

Who we are looking for
- Experience in a Reservations department within a luxury hotel or restaurant
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail
