We are looking to recruit a Night Caretaker (Friday & Saturday Night) for a prestige residential/commercial building in Glasgow’s Merchant City.

You will be responsible for the general appearance and security of the building during the night. The role involves access control, regular patrols of the building to keep the common areas clean and secure, monitoring CCTV and building management systems.

You must be self-motivated, be able to work on your own initiative, prioritise workloads and respond to emergencies when called upon. For this position previous relevant experience is desirable. You will need good communication skills together with a responsible and flexible approach.

Hours:
Friday 8pm to Saturday 4am, Saturday 8pm to Sunday 4am

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
- Weekends only
