**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Minimum of 3 months of recent and relevant experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs
- Experience working with challenging behaviour
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and other staff members
- Passion and interest in providing excellent quality of care
- Clear DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
- NVQ 2 desirable, although not required
- Right to work in the UK
