**Job Detail**

In this busy and exciting role, you’ll provide proactive communication of crop status with a short, medium and long-term view - ensuring continuity of supply both in terms of quality and availability.

Customer interaction and supporting Customer Produce Managers will also be key aspects of this role.

Establishing yourself as an expert in Fresh and Frozen Produce supply, both internally and externally will be top of your agenda - as will, providing support to centrally based procurement teams and becoming recognised by internal stakeholders and suppliers for adding significant value to businesses.

**About you - Key attributes and experience**
- Self-motivated, detail orientated with excellent analytical skills as well as capability to think broader providing novel solutions to challenge
- Ability to use critical thinking and listening skills to support problem solving
- Effective communication skills including the ability to present complex information clearly
- Strong influencing skills and relationship building capability across all levels
- Awareness of industry and technology development and its impact on short, medium and long term supply
- Full UK driving licence
- Comprehensive MS office including excel
- Sound understanding of food safety
- The ability to challenge effectively whilst maintaining relationships
- Strong analytical and operational execution skills with a high degree of diligence
- Strategic and operational mindset with a focus on collaborative working to share knowledge and expertise to drive supply performance
