**Job description**

As CineStore continues to expand, we are excited to offer a part-time opportunity for a Sales Office Assistant & Administrator to join our small team. The role will support sales activities, customer service and administration. Due to us being a small independent company, this position offers the opportunity to be involved with a variety of tasks. The role also has the potential to transition in the future to full-time employment based on business growth.

Main responsibilities of the role:

- Handle customer service enquiries and issues.
- Preparation of quotations & processing of sales using our CRM and WMS.
- Liaising with customers regarding orders.
- Basic bookkeeping & data entry.
- Maintaining knowledge of products.
- Liaising with the warehouse for timely delivery of customer orders.
- Assisting customers visiting the store/warehouse.

- Willing to be flexible and adaptable.
- Competent in grammar and numeracy.
- Knowledge of sales processes and techniques (using as CRM etc) and/or customer facing experience preferred.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.18-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
