Clinically and customer related our drive to ensure we provide first class care to our clients is of high importance to our independent vet owned team.

40 hours per week including weekends on a rota (with days off in LIEU)

Welcoming clients and their pets upon arrival

Booking appointments and arrivals on the RX Works diary

Help to promote our Healthcare Plan so that pets are receiving premium discounted preventative treatment

Booking in follow up appointments for the pet once they have left their initial consultation

Help the Vet and Nurse team with queries

Being responsible for paperwork being scanned onto pet's digital records

Liaison with clients regarding queries for appointment booking and medication collection

Ordering food and medication

Taking payment immediately after treatment of the pet

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Experience**:

- Veterinary Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
