**Role: Scheduler**

**Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 **- depending on experience - plus an uncapped monthly bonus which should generate 20% of the monthly salary

**Working Hours -** Monday to Friday on a shift pattern of 07.00am - 3.30pm / 09.00am - 5.30pm or somewhere in-between on a rotating basis, with an hour for lunch.

**Reporting to: Contract Director**

HGMS is looking for a Scheduler to work within their busy transport team in Hedge End. You will need to have a good sense of humour with an excellent attitude to work. You need to be a team player and display excellent customer service and relationship building skills. With the willingness & confidence to get stuck in with energy and enthusiasm. This is a fast paced, high-pressure environment that requires good attention to detail and good prioritisation skills with great rewards and within a wonderful team of people.

We have onsite parking, a staff kitchen & rest area within the office. We are within walking distance to shops & supermarkets at Hedge End. We also are rather to a partial treat or two with some excellent chefs in the team. The team have a great sense of humour and are a credit to us, it would be great to have a new addition to this established team.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- To fulfil all temporary driver bookings with your region within timescales that provides sufficient time to implement contingency plans, to achieve the highest possible level of fill-rate of temporary driver bookings received from the Client.
- Work collaboratively with other schedulers to ensure the SLA’s and KPI’s are met.
- To fulfil orders in resource priority order booking out drivers, ensuring the best commercial model is applied for the benefit of HGMS.
- To complete all compliance processes for any new drivers assigned e.g., check licences received, check all in-house systems, pass them to the Clients compliance for ATO etc to ensure all placements are compliant.
- Utilise the in-house CRM to its full potential for the scheduling and management of drivers in your region, maintaining up to date records for all drivers e.g., amendments.
- To build and maintain good working relationships with Branch Managers, Local and Regional Transport Managers as well as Partner Suppliers.
- To provide the Drivers with a dedicated point of contact for their issues, questions, and concerns.
- Act as the initial point of contact for any driver / branch queries and endeavour to resolve them without the matter progressing to a formal complaint.
- Act as the first point of escalation for any of issues received from HGMS drivers and Partner drivers.
- Work in partnership with the Compliance Specialist to resolve any complaints within your region.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
