**Our need**

RCS is a leading not-for-profit company which provides support, training and therapies to help people and businesses improve wellbeing at work. We deliver a range of specialist training courses to help businesses build healthier, happier workplaces.

Due to a growing demand for our services, we are currently looking for experienced and dynamic trainers to help us deliver our wellbeing workshops to business leaders, managers and staff teams, both on-line and in-person. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our passionate and friendly team.

**Personal Profile**

**Essential**
- At least 2 years’ track record of training delivery, with experience of both face-to-face and virtual delivery.
- Ability to deliver training comfortably and confidently using on-line platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft TEAMS.
- Good knowledge and understanding of key wellbeing topic areas.
- Confident and engaging communicator, able to convey information effectively to different audiences.
- Knowledge of traditional and modern training methods and techniques
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- Ability to support with writing and developing training for RCS.
- Creative and innovative
- Ability to deliver off-the-shelf training with mínimal preparation.
- Excellent organisational abilities
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within North Wales on company business.

**Desirable**
- The ability to communicate effectively in Welsh.
- Teacher/training qualification.
