We need our team to help recognise and promote young people’s individuality, uniqueness and diverse needs whilst providing a nurturing and positive environment.

As part of the role, you will be providing waking night support, taking responsibility for providing a safe, warm, and supportive environment. You will work closely with the team to implement and manage sensitively the routine nightly care arrangements for young people.

You will be required to take part in handovers at the beginning and end of the shift, carrying out any tasks as requested and reporting any observations or incidents to the incoming staff of which they need to be aware.
