**Partnerships Coordinator**

**Permanent, Full Time 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year**

**About the role**

As Partnerships Coordinator you will manage the Sub-Contracting provision, reconciling enrolment and return information and managing key relationships through regular meetings. You will be a key part of the Business Development Team, working to secure accurate and timely information for quality and growth targets.

You will support the Director of Business Development in ensuring the high quality and performance of subcontractor and partnership delivery. Including the administration of all procurement, contracts, delivery paperwork and payments in accordance with funding rules, Ofsted requirements, College policies and best practice.

**About you**

You will be self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong written and verbal communication skills.

You will need:

- Previous experience in coordinating stakeholders.
- Good attention to detail and experience within working in regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly Office 365.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Ability to prioritise own workload.
