Beaconsfield, United Kingdom Education Divisional Full time

**We have an amazing opportunity for a detail orientated and highly organised administrator, to help ensure our customers’ trips get off to a phenomenal start**

World Challenge is (part of the Travelopia group) the leading provider of educational travel, enriching young people’s lives through delivering experiences that create lifelong memories. We’re the world’s first climate-positive school travel company, something we’re very proud of. With offices in the UK and Australia, our people are at the centre of the organisation - we operate an open, candid, and positive environment where personal development is encouraged and facilitated. Blended working opportunities, a global recognition scheme, and travel opportunities are among the benefits we include as standard.

**The Role**:
Working with the wider World Challenge and central Travelopia team to ensure flights for UK school departures are booked in order to deliver the most suitable and cost-effective group flight arrangements. Other responsibilities include:

- Collaborate with our central flight procurement team to guarantee customer flights are not only budget-friendly but also tailored to diverse customer needs.
- Keep everyone in the loop about flight details, making sure our communication is as diverse as our team.
- Keep a watchful eye on target time, ensuring flight commitments are met with consideration for varied perspectives.
- Handle on-the-fly requests, adopting the differences of our clientele with late additions or deviations to the group.
- Work closely with our customer support team to guarantee collecting all relevant passenger travel documents is a smooth, inclusive process.
- Team up with our Operations Centre to tackle challenges like flight delays and cancellations, crafting diverse solutions for our teams in-country.

**Skills that Sparkle**:

- Meticulous attention to detail and organisational finesse, turning tasks into celebrations of inclusivity.
- Balancing tasks with finesse and working independently, all while adopting varied perspectives.
- Quick adaptation to changing priorities, a "yes we can" demeanour, and a readiness to dive into diverse tasks.
- Tech-savvy with a passion to master our in-house reservations system, ensuring an inclusive approach to technology.
- A friendly, proactive spirit with a strong 'can-do' demeanour, making collaboration a celebration of diversity.
- Experience with group fares is a bonus, but not essential - just like understanding international airlines and flight routes. A commitment to learning about these in innovative ways is key.
- A highly developed interest in travel and a curiosity to explore the diverse facets of the educational travel industry.
- Flexible to accommodate occasional weekend and evening work.

**Why Join Us**:

- A flexible hybrid work setup, letting you balance your adventures in the office and the comfort of your home.
- Opportunities to jet-set overseas as part of an expedition team or on familiarisation trips, creating diverse experiences.
- 25 days of annual leave, public holidays, 2 charity days, and a birthday bonus day - because diversity extends to your personal needs.
- A global recognition and reward program that celebrates the diversity of our achievements.
- Access to extensive online learning resources, with a dedicated personal growth hour each week, promoting diverse skill development.
- In-house and externally accredited training opportunities, paving diverse pathways for career growth.
- Regular social events, turning the workplace into a vibrant hub of diverse interactions.
- Various employee discounts and offers, including discounted trips and gear for your next adventure - because diversity should be a part of every journey.

**Our dedication to equity, diversity & inclusion**:
We believe people are happier and perform best when they are able to be their true self, and that diverse teams deliver better results. Together we will cultivate a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment, where everyone can flourish.

We are committed to inspiring change through increasing awareness of, and counteracting, unconscious bias; building an inclusive culture, and embracing diversity in all its dimensions.

Travelopia is committed to ensuring a work environment that is open, accessible, and inclusive, removing barriers for all individuals. If you require accommodations/additional support to participate in the recruitment and selection process, kindly advise us. Our hiring team will work with you to provide suitable accommodations/additional in a timely and confidential manner. Information received will be handled with the utmost discretion.
