**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct architectural evaluations, assessments, and designs for diverse projects.
- Engage with clients and professionals to determine building types, styles, budget constraints, and landscaping needs.
- Develop detailed scale drawings and specifications and manage planning approvals.
- Analyze site surveys, advise on construction details, and ensure designs integrate well with their environments.
- Monitor compliance with design, statutory, and professional standards, manage contracts, and oversee health and safety during the design phase.
- Evaluate development proposals, liaise with statutory bodies and local communities, and recommend project adjustments.
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to address technical construction issues and attend site meetings as a key consultant.
- Utilize CAD software and other tools to prepare and present design proposals.
- Advise on environmental, legal, and regulatory aspects of property development.
- Coordinate project logistics to ensure feasibility and success.
- Assist in preparing tender documents, contracts, and budget plans.
- Offer advice on selecting materials, textures, and colors.
- Monitor project milestones and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Participate actively in project meetings and site visits.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Architecture or a related field, with over 20 years of professional experience.
- Registration with a recognized architectural board (e.g., RIBA, AIA).
- Demonstrated expertise in architectural design and consulting.
- A robust portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Modeling software, Rendering engines, Graphic Software, BIM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent skills in communication, presentation, and negotiation.
- Deep knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
- Capacity to work collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
