Proofreader/Technical Editor (Automotive)

Salary circa £21,000 pa

Duties include proofreading in house documents against original source documents, editing to ensure accuracy, readability and consistency with our house style, identifying relevant regulatory information and updates from government publications and researching additional sources of information. You will be methodical and accurate in your work with proven proofreading experience, an excellent command of the
English language and good communication skills.

We continue to seek new countries and content to include in our service and the Editor will need to show initiative in finding official sources of relevant information and obtaining copyright approval. This will involve extensive internet research, lateral thinking and liaison with government officials and translators.

- Office based (Fareham PO16).
- The role is intended to be full time (37 hours per week).

Starting salary in the region of £21,000 pa
