**About you**
Previous social care experience is essential. Perhaps you have been a support worker or care assistant and are now looking to step up to a more senior role with more responsibility and greater challenges.
You will need to be flexible and organised, with a positive approach.
This is an exciting opportunity that has potential to grow with you as you develop within MacIntyre.
