This role is to commence **ASAP **to suit your availability.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide **one-on-one **and group support to students with **behavioural challenges**, implementing **tailored behaviour management strategies**.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement behaviour support plans.
- Monitor and **assess student behaviour**, identifying triggers and implementing **proactive interventions.**:
- Organise and **lead workshops or training sessions** for students, staff, and parents on behaviour management and positive reinforcement techniques.
- Act as a liaison between the school, parents, and external agencies involved in behaviour support.
- Work closely with the school leadership team to contribute to the development and implementation of school-wide behaviour policies.
**Qualifications / Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role in an educational setting is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques and positive behaviour support strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Empathy, patience, and a proactive approach to behaviour support.
- Certification in behaviour intervention or related field is a plus.
- A valid DBS on the Update Service **OR** be willingness to obtain.

**Salary**: £82.09-£103.72 per day
