**Office Junior Apprentice - Job Description**

M&S Boxes and Packaging Ltd is a leading timber production company with many years’ experience and a strong reputation for quality and efficiency. At our warehouse in Rotherham, we manufacture pallets, packing cases, and crates, alongside packing customer components for UK and overseas export, alongside export packing and arranging shipments with external shipping companies.

Due to continued expansion, an opportunity has arisen for an Office Junior Apprentice to assist the Director and Director’s Personal Assistant with administration.

Dress code: Smart casual workwear for in the office. Company supplied uniform will be provided after probation period for business meetings.

**Salary**: Apprentice NMW, with salary progression opportunities throughout your career at the company.

**Your Duties**

You will be assisting with administration for the warehouse, and general administration duties, including:
Processing orders

Organising customer deliveries, and producing delivery paperwork

Communicating customer jobs and requirements with warehouse staff

You will also be trained up working on accounts, assisting the Director’s Personal Assistant with invoicing and statements when needed.

Filing and paperwork, along with general office duties

Support the Director’s Personal Assistant and work alongside the Director in the PA’s absence.

A bubbly individual working to a professional manner.

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and have a laugh with warehouse staff.

Have a clear understanding of measurements & figures.

Confident and able to converse with people at all levels.

Be highly organised and excellent attention to detail.

**Working Days & Hours**

Monday - Thursday 07:30-16:00

Friday 07:30-14:00

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £4.81 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
