**Full-time. Permanent.**

**Mon - Fri 9.00am - 5.00pm (Occasional Saturday appointments if required)**

An experienced Valuer is required by a highly-respected, multi-branch estate agents to operate throughout the Tyne Valley and beyond.

Great basic salary + bonus and mileage allowance (55p)

**Personal requirements**:

- Estate Agency Sales Valuing experience 5 year+
- Motivated, enthusiastic and results-driven attitude
- Confident and Reliable
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organised
- Numerate
- Excellent customer service
- Experience in photography, not essential but desirable
- UK Driving licence
- Excellent knowledge of the local area
- High standards of service and professionalism

**Valuer role including (but not exhaustive)**:

- Managing department/staff
- Conducting valuations
- Providing market value/comparables
- Gaining new instructions
- Help increase market share
- Viewings where necessary
- Sales progression
- Vendor contact
- Proactive approach to New Build sites/potential developments/developers

25 days' holiday, plus Bank Holidays

Company pension scheme (following probationary period)

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
