**About the role**

This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage our expanding paid-for tours programme, bringing in vital income to support the aims of the Museum while offering visitors a deeper insight into our collections, galleries, and a world of natural history.

Responsibilities will include the co-ordination of existing tours and the development of new themes to be explored by a range of audiences to enhance the Museum’s public programme. The Tours and Experiences Producer will develop and maintain a programme that includes daytime and out-of-hours experiences for both public and private bookings.

This position will line manage the Visitor Events Assistant (due to be in post summer 2023) and involves co-ordination of guides and other relevant staff, including recruitment and training where necessary.

With some background in ticketed experiences, you will have a keen initiative for enhancing and upgrading offers and ensuring they are delivered to the highest standard.
