Senior Executive Assistant required to join an NHS Trust based in London, this is a day rate contract paying between £220-240 per day. This will be for a minimum of 3 months.

**JOB SUMMARY**:

- This role is for a highly organised, professional and experienced Senior Executive Assistant who holds full responsibility to provide a comprehensive, confidential and high quality secretarial and administrative service to ensure the efficient and effectiveorganisation of the Chief Executive’s work.
- This is a specialist role to be fulfilled by a person with specialist corporate and governance skills who can act with mínimal guidance from the Chief Executive due to a well-developed understanding of the stakeholder environment and the Chief Executive’srelationships and priorities.
- The post holder must be able to act as an effective 'gate keeper’ and must therefore have excellent negotiation, diplomacy and interpersonal skills. The role will involve intensive contact on a daily basis with a wide range of people - both internal andexternal to the organisation and therefore requires a confident approach. The post holder will need to be a team player and a 'completer-finisher’, with a strong communication skills and an eye for detail.
- As well as being dynamic, adaptive and responsive to the requirements of the CEO and Chair, the post holder will be expected to operate proactively and to pre-empt the needs of the CEO and Chair. They will be responsible for identifying and managing urgentand contentious issues, ensuring that the CEO and Chair are appropriately briefed.
- The post holder will demonstrate discretion and business awareness at all times in the provision of first class, high quality and proactive administrative support to the Chief Executive and Chair. Co-ordinate the day-to-day business administration requirementsof the Executive Office, ensuring the portfolio of tasks/projects is planned, managed and delivered effectively to meet, and exceed where possible, the complex business needs of the CEO. Support robust communication and stakeholder management with a wide rangingand senior group.
