**Maintenance Operative**
**36 hours per week, Monday to Friday**
**£14.01 per hour**

Join us at Anchor to make a real and positive difference to the lives of older people.
You will be accountable for delivering an effective maintenance management service onsite.
You will also liaise with customers across the site, coordinating work tasks across the team to meet needs of the customers.
You will need to have knowledge of all legislation applied to building maintenance including HASAWA and building regulations.
You must also hold a minimum ONC in Building, Electrical or M&E with a working knowledge to other disciplines.
