We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join Warwick Sport, part of the Campus & Commercial Services Group (CCSG) at the University of Warwick.

As a Receptionist at Warwick Sport, you will play a key role in providing an efficient, effective, and professional reception service to visitors at our extensive and premium sports facilities. Your work will contribute to the delivery of our mission, vision, and objectives, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and customer excellence.

You will be responsible for the start and closure of business activities and events across all sports facilities, overseeing day-to-day administration at reception areas, and ensuring effective communication within the team. Additionally, you will promote high-quality Health & Safety management to ensure the safety of customers and actively participate in event meetings to meet customer needs. Handling customer feedback and complaints in line with procedures will be part of your responsibilities.

Please note this role will involve working weekends, late shifts, early shifts and bank holidays. Shift patterns are 5:45am-3:00pm or 2:30-11:00pm.

Desirable skills include previous experience in the sport or leisure sector and achieving Grade C or above in English and Maths GCSE or equivalent.
