**Purpose of the role**:
To support all aspects of the day to day running of the distribution centre operations and team. This includes:

- Preparing stock - tagging, labelling, cleaning, steaming
- Warehousing duties
- Stock management
- Volunteer Support
- Promote the work of White Rose and Aegis Trust
- Support the team to effectively achieve daily targets
- Work effectively and efficiently to agreed KPIs and targets

**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Warehouse Premises**: Support the team in ensuring the warehouse is clean & organized.
- **Operating hours**: Maintain the opening and closing of the warehouse
- **Teamwork**:To support team and volunteers in their activities.
- **Resources**: Ensure workstations are kept clean and tidy to maximize efficiencies and ensure operational success, health and safety standards are met.
- **Targets**: To work towards the achievement of set, achievable targets and KPIs
- **Stock**: Operate the stock management systems in place, including stock preparation and sorting, picking, organisation etc. to the highest standard.
- **Regulations**:To comply with all current legislation and White Rose policies and procedures including current H&S regulations and practices.
- **Promotion of the charity**: To be an ambassador for the work of White Rose and Aegis Trust.

**What you’ll have**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- An interest in fashion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to work to a fast pace
- Ability to work to KPI’s and targets and motivated to meet them
- Ability to work well within a team and independently
