Care Assistant

Our 46-bed residential care home is a specialist 24-hour elderly care and dementia facility We focus on positively maintaining residents’ skills and abilities, encouraging recreational fulfillment and dignified independence, whilst being supported with genuine care and concern.

We believe that everyone is unique and our objective is to create an environment where residents receive the highest standards of care.

We are seeking to expand our team with a **Night Care assistant**, who shares the value of caring for residents as they would for their own families and provides holistic caring relationships.

**For our Night Carer We have**:

- Good pension scheme and blue light card discounts.
- Part-time 24 hrs or Full-Time 36hrs permanent contract.
- A starting salary of £9.70 per hour. with NVQ 2 and medication trained Salary starts at £9.80 per hour
- Possibility to get a Bonus per hour shift if you do more of your contracted hours.
- Hourly rate increase if you pass your medication training.

**What will you bring as a Care Assistant?**
- You will preferably have some experience in working in a care home,
- Desirable but not essential to have an NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care.
