**Grade - Grade 7 - SP 26-29**

**Salary - **£30,664.33 to £33,180.44 per annum

We are recruiting for a dedicated person who will respond to EHCP consultations from the local authority SEND team to place and fund a young person in our educational setting. Also managing a team who monitor and review each young person’s educational progress, and appropriateness of support.

You will work proactively with students, parents, carers, internal and external stakeholders to ensure inclusive and challenging support for students to achieve the outcomes as detailed in their EHCP and to thrive in their career or independent living aspirations.
