A market leader in their field, this medical devices business with excellent staff retention levels is looking for a Hospitality Coordinator to join a busy team in their Slough office on a permanent, full time basis. Please note that occasional work on Saturdays will be required.

As a Hospitality Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of coordinating all aspects of hospitality services with precision and flair.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing external catering company, taking delivery of catering for training events
- Checking and laying out the lunches for attendees
- Managing and keeping training centre and hospitality kitchen clean and tidy
- Being a point of contact for queries around catering and attendee questions
- Monitoring coffee station and supplies
- Tidying up training centre after event

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in a busy catering/hospitality environment
- Attention to detail
- Highly organised
- Friendly and engaging manner
- Clear communication skills
