An exciting opportunity has arisen for a experienced Warehouse Manager / Team Leader to join our team. Shipping over 10,000 quality recycled car parts across the UK and Europe each year Gp Metals is becoming a leader in the recycled parts sector.

Being a fast growing company we are looking for quick thinkers who love to innovate the process and develop solutions to ensure the operation is always running as smooth as possible.

**Duties**:

- Check daily order schedule and ensure we are able to meet demand, delegating and assisting the team where required with the picking and packing of orders.
- Assist the team with the daily influx of new items that require, cleaning, imaging and locating using our innovative warehouse management system.
- Assist in transfer of materials between two sites on a basis.
- Use forklift to retrieve higher level and heavy items from storage.
- Motivate team ensuring that KPI's are met.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of materials handling techniques and best practices
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required in a warehouse environment

**Salary**: £26,558.00-£27,342.00 per year
