RACI Group are proud to present an opportunity for an experienced CIPD professional to join a HR consultancy where the team are responsible for delivering first class HR support without compromise.

As the HR Consultant you will be responsible for conducting investigations, building relationships and sharing best practices with the broader workplace investigations community. You will be required to wear your ‘investigative’ and/or ‘forensic’ hat and carry out formal enquiries as required reporting on your findings and further action required.

The Role:
Working with a dynamic team you will be responsible for:

- Acting as an employment legal expert and providing advice on employment matters to clients ranging from reviewing current risks and liabilities to managing specific projects
- Performing complex investigations from inception to completion, including investigative interviews, reviewing and examining documents and data collected
- Preparing and presenting investigative findings in a transparent and objective manner through appropriate reports including evidentiary documentation providing recommendations for corrective action and broader business transformation
- Drafting detailed investigation reports, as well as other documents and correspondence related to the investigations
- Producing written communication that is compliant with current employment legislation and HR best practice.

The Person:
As a HR professional you will have an enthusiasm for employment law, excellent communication skills and experience in advising clients and being a strategic thinker.

Applicants will ideally:

- Be of graduate calibre with a CIPD qualification (or equivalent)
- Have worked on complex investigations and advised on discrete HR issues
- Be naturally inquisitive with a deeply analytical mindset assessing potentially relevant evidence and mitigating issues
- Possess a deep knowledge of employment law and be able to translate knowledge into a practical outcome

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
